Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging including all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to restocking fees.
Return Timeframe
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Returns requested after this period may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Watches that have been worn, altered, or damaged by the customer
- Custom engraved or personalized watches
- Gift cards, sale items, and downloadable products
- Items returned without original packaging or missing accessories
Initiating a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@timeforge.com or call us at +91 98765 43210. Include your order number, item details, and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and an authorized return address.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged during shipping, or the wrong item was sent. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the return is received. TimeForge is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Inspection and Refund Processing
Upon receipt of the returned item, our team will inspect the watch to ensure it meets the return criteria. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in certain cases such as items that are not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. We reserve the right to deduct reasonable fees from your refund amount.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your watch for a different model or size, please contact us to check product availability. Exchanges require returning the original item first and are subject to stock availability. We will assist you in processing an exchange quickly and efficiently.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your watch arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photos and a detailed description of the issue. We will work with you to arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at no additional cost.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, the order may already be in processing or shipment and may not be eligible for cancellation. Please contact customer service promptly if you wish to cancel your order.
International Returns
For international customers, please note that customs fees, taxes, and duties are non-refundable and may be your responsibility. Return shipping times may vary depending on your location.
